Putting my thinking hat on, this sell doesn't makes sense to me specially the timing of it. I mean with all forward looking Anns being made, it was a matter of time may be 2-3 months when the JV would have been announced so certainly the timing of the sell was totally off - ie this guy needed the cash badly.
So either this, or all the Anns,appointments,pwc engagement etc is all fluff. I'm tending to go with above because if whatever they said recently is just to keep the hype going, they will take massive hit in credibility specially when you are working with a global major and portraying lack of governance and transparency in Aus industry thus tarnishing its image.
I'll be writing to DF to seek more clarification and encourage other to do so as well so that our concerns are heard loud and clear. Cheers
