maybe he's raising funds for the Zilotech venture as well, keeping in mind he has still roughly the same amount of shares when that goes through if I'm not mistaken.
Or maybe he just wanted to buy something, can't blame him I would too! But still have faith in him. Still so many things going for ZEO I'm sure there is more going on in the background.
