This is such a novice opinion. What's the point on investing in the business if he can never spend the money on anything?
If he knows the SP is going to $2, do you really think he'd have sold so little? Or would he have dumped everything not in escrow?
No wonder so many retail shareholders lose money on individual stocks, getting spooked over something as menial as a director trying to diversify his portfolio.
