Completely agree. He has 2.2Mn shares, 450k options. He received 204k shares in 2021 as LTI, and sold 115k on market. Good on him.
If CEOs give themselves payrise, people cry, if they sell few shares, people cry. But the CEO has to make the stock perform well for shareholders if not people get angry.
$350k in his pocket and considering the performance for last year I'd say it's well deserved.
