Directors Head Count needs to be reduced
We have experienced CEO & CFO to manage the day to day running
We have our Newest 20% Shareholder with highly experienced team that
we could draw on .
A Company employing 12 staff and as shareholders we are paying 6 directors
2 to 1 ratio cut the number down to 4 .enough oversight . when you look at their
SARS and salary its obseen to continue to allow this .
