Board Recomposition - my wishful thinking scenarioIn addition to my thought bubble above of .....
I'd like to see Bruce Clement (Independent Chairman); Nigel Burgess (Samuel Terry-non-Independent); one other independent; CEO does not have to be on the board.
Ideally the third (independent) director should have extensive M&A experience, and a proven track record of extracting value for a takeover target, such as HZN. Being taken over has the potential to quickly realise the unrecognised value in HZN.Bruce Clement would have had experience at ROC (and elsewhere?); Nigel Burgess has had experience at Spicers (and possibly elsewhere).
