On the contrary imho he was making sure his very cheap options could actually be converted, with an exercise price of 4c for a continued period he was in a very clear danger of loosing all of them....

His little editorial in the Bioshares was no coincidence to push back up the SP and he wasted no time getting them exercised once that job was done....Now we are back in the waiting game.

Hopefully the Doc has put a floor around 4c on the SP whilst we wait for further news/delays to be absorbed as the Doc wasnt sure he would get his average 4c by November to convert he gave them a helping hand....

Lets hope he has plenty more helping hands to help the SP in the coming weeks/months to help the long termers stay on board and not get spooked by the big boys plays....
