He may actually offer 70c as this figure has been mentioned on Hotcopper for a while and since there is no dividend then majority of retail holders may agree, remember that the majority of the higher end holders may agree as well as they can offload a high volume of shares at a higher SP then today! I feel KS is aware that SWM will eventually start paying div,s and when that happens he will have to pay over $1. This is the reason I believe KS wanted to step down from the Seven group. anyway I don't hold many shares but will be interested to get more if it goes under 40c but I feel it wont get there, who knows the games that are being played so possible that they will force the SP down to under 40c whereby it will give me a chance to accumulate as well!
