Intelligent Investor have put a $5 buy price, $12 fair value on MVP. This may be the reason for the 5% pop today.
Not interested in short term share price movements, but the point is that there a consensus view forming around management and the turnaround. Let's see, this could all just be confirmation bias. But considering there was zero interest only months ago, this is a nice little pop.
