I believe scott mo. would find someway to screw up and translate to benefits for QHL.
Scott Mo. has been very rash in making decisions, and this actually has inflamed the tensions with China. I'm sure this would translate to L-o-n-g term gain for QHL as military, and probably other manufacturing would be brought onshore in the namesake of nationalism and protectionist measures.
Let's wait and see what is the next step. Key is that management of QHL needs to find a way to work the system to gain these contracts.
