For a start Kori, as a shareholder in VAN I would be somewhat concerned with the potential for a conflict of interest with one individual holding both positions, have a bit of a think about it!

Better someone is appointed as a non - executive independent Chairman, wouldn't you think? That may not be suitable for a top 20 holder like yourself however, congratulations on the 10 mill shares by the way.

Vango's 70 mill M/C isn't because it's SP is going up, it's because the volume of shares being issued has increased substantially at increasingly lower prices. How many SOI @ VAN now Kori?
