Well done and congratulations on you real estate purchase and successful settlement of your property, despite what you are reading in these threads, i think a big congratulations is in order and well done you now have your reward for all the hard work you have put in.
Thank you for the dividend payout to all the share holders, i know i would speak for many that this has helped shareholders out in a horrible time with the global pandemic going on around us.
