Well done to Mr O'Brien, a much respected director, for participating.

The ASX's vagaries are affected by many occurrences - witness the earthquake those in Melbourne, rural Victoria and (less severely, allegedly the ACT) experienced this week - but it gives some solace to minnow retail investors when Directors reinvest.

While my household are more WOW and (when travel restrictions are less severe) MTS' IGA shoppers, at my inner Melbourne COL this morning when I purchased many Thick'N'Creamy 150 gram individual yoghurts in their excellent range of varieties, there were two or three others busy doing the same. They were on special, reduced from $2.20 to $1, which means at $4 for 600g they're slightly cheaper than (normal price) $4.50 600g larger tubs.

It's an excellent product as with so many of the stable of brands BGA has acquired from Lion Dairy and Drinks.

I have no inkling as to how milk solids prices will go, and BGA's success in retaining (and if required, growing) its dairy farmer suppliers, but like 'HC's' TillLindemann, I'm fairly optimistic about BGA's future.

Perhaps more emphasis could be placed on its majority Australian ownership.
