FOD may have two "independent" Board memebrs appointed without election that have to re-stand to be voted back in at the AGM, the same AGM that sees Norman needing to re-stand too because he was last elected in 2018 and can't go past 3 year tenure.
If founder Board members and now both former Board members Dominic Martino and Matt Bailey formed an alliance they may be able to alter the composition of the board beyond the AGM ??, maybe if they beleive in teh futuire or simply theirholdings are free carry from yesteryear and all those perf shares allocated in 2016 (??), either way I still do not see what value a board controlled by Norman Li and his two appointtee posiitons is for FOD.
still watching fromt he sidelines, nowhere near a re-entry for me, I do however sing the praises of the carbonated FOCUS flavour
