In todays announcement he seeks reelection under "resolution 2" I find this audacious on his part given how long it has taken to get financing when he was at the helm yes covid hit but other companies got financed in the interim , I wish him well in his future but will not vote for his re-election - nothing personal .

Having this resolution also throws a poor light on the rest of the board.

Given the sinking share price , I would have thought a little more astuteness by the board in awareness of shareholder concerns on governance would have been appropriate

I have already voted now. No organisation can justify $20k USD a month for BS consultancy.

He has had more than his fill but seems to think he deserves a retainer now, unbelievable, the nerve and arrogance.. time to move on and rinse/repeat on a new group of sucker shareholders somewhere else!!
