He doesn't own 92% of the company, maybe in the past yes but he has sold down every year in significant increments and has 44% holding. And I expect he is going to continue selling given he is getting old ~70 years old and probably ready to retire but let's see how the company deals with transition plans for a new CEO. I don't think WTC would be the same without him.
