That may be the case, but since the withdrawal of the plant build and associated dilutive credit raising, the daily volume has increased significantly. There's a air pocket between $0.05 and $0.06 such that once $0.05 is passed. $0.06 should come quickly. I would expect some churn there before moving higher assuming appetite is still strong.
Yes, what happened in the past is very much regrettable, however there is still money to be made here. And by Tony's purchase it would seem he is confident it may well be substantial.
