Agree it is better to see Directors buying, rather than selling !

The obvious appeal of this is if a DIRECTOR puts their own money into it ... it must be a good sign, right ?

But perhaps we should stand stand back for a moment and review their performance. Maybe ask the question - "how truly talented are the BDC Directors.... and have they delivered remarkable achievements for the financial benefit of the Sharholders ?

At the current BDC share price range it is fair and reasonable to ponder .... have they been a failure or a success ?
