While insider buying is a positive - copying the insiders is not a risk free path to success. So what I'm trying to do is come to my own conclusion based on my own analysis of the company. Part of that work is trying to get a range of different views which is why I've posed the questions here in this forum.
On the subject of insider buying, I don't see the recent purchases of $144k and just 10k from another director as substantial anyway and I would not be surprised if it was just done to try pump the stock up a bit for the next capital raising.
So... back to my question - is anyone here happy to share their investment thesis, analysis, reasons for buying OVN apart from just following the directors or following the conflicted advice of Canaccord who have financially benefited from the fees they received for organising the last placement and would surely want to be there to collect fees again for the next capital raising?
