Good to see this 2017-appointed Director acquiring a small parcel of shares, but it's fewer than minnows like me have.
The Australian Shareholders Association prefers that Directors acquire shares equivalent to one year's Director fees within three years of appointment.
It would be good if Ms/Mrs Graham could eventually fulfil that suggestion. It's always great to see Directors having a reasonable stake in the business.
SRV is a very well run company with the Chairman Mark Vaile having had a great reputation years ago when he was a Federal Minister. I had the honour of knowing him then. A top bloke, extremely intelligent who possesses a sense of perspective and humour, but not conceited. I'd imagine nothing's altered.
