Assays results could arrive at anytime.
Just because a director has bought on market I don’t believe it means that there needs to be a news embargo considering the drilling and collation of the core was submitted weeks/months ago.
I would agree that any takeover or ‘new’ price sensitive announcements are unlikely immediately following a company material change in holding update.
Just my opinion.
