If anyone mimics his movements, which I would albeit couldn’t get .395 at this stage, that means pressure on SP to move above .40+ resistance.
fact is he’s sold 500k shares. Had he exercised and kept the 500k shares then your sugar coating and that of the company’s would be acceptable. Those 600k shares now have a ~51k instant windfall with ~45,700 downside protection. It’s obvious this is a profit taking exercise so the reasons given are patronising to the pleb investor like you and I.
