He has double share price in a weak market for O&G stocks, his options expire in the money (something that Dearly departed former leader never achieved) and You’re caning him for it.
Hes a relatively young guy completely aligned with shareholder outcomes as his fortunes very much depend on equity performance and outcomes. You can check the annual report and see what his Rem is. How is he supposed to fund the exercise? Win Lotto?
