Lets hope he takes the price to 7 cents - double the current price. If it touches 7 cents, I guess it will go upwards of 10 cents, where he can exercise his next lot of 12.5m options. I think it is a good carrot.
My only concern is that the 25 million expiry is September 2025. I hope it was August or December 2023 where the current pair of listed options expire. I hold 3 million options and 2.5 million shares. Going big here to recover past losses and possibly change my life. I guess news of IND submission mid 2022 will double the price. A few announcements - those due in Q4 2021 should take SP over 5 cents.
Question: Do I become a top 20 shareholder if my convert my options and I hold 5.5 million shares? If not how much should I be holding to make it to top 20?
