the “Multiple Holdings” section to me reads that the eligible shareholder is still considered to be one entity not seperate entities. It really depends what they mean by “seperate account”

e.g. if I owned a bunch of TKM on commsec/chess or whatever and then also owned a bunch on ANZ trade I still only get one SPP application. Same as if both accounts were held jointly with a spouse or friend because I’m still only an individual.

I don’t believe it’s referring to me owning shares as my individual self and owning shares as a company and being entitled to both as we are seperate entities.

if that section does prohibit being able to participate twice, then I suspect they received the shares under the shortfall placement rules where they in their absolute discretion probably bought them as sophisticated investors to make up the difference.
