I think “technically” you are also allowed to purchase more but would require you to put more money in with the original raise and then up to the directors discretion to approve if others didn’t max out their entitlements.

potentially also if they are shareholders through various entities technically each entity would have the ability to max out its respective amount.

I can't see any small print that would allow directors to receive $60k worth of stock in the placement.
