The CEO oversees a destruction of the sp from 35c IPO to 2c and '' resigns to pursue other interests'' (LOLLL)
then a new Board comes in and says '' hold on...he's done a great job...let's get him back, increase his salary and give him millions of cheap options...and, while we are at it, let's give ourselves millions of options too''
If this is not the ultimate '' F..you'' to shareholders, I don't know what is
