    Sounded confusing with the first notice but directors notice says acquired its 5k$ out of 500k holding so miniscule,.Carl usually buys in 5k$ lots he doesn't have to his stake is already high , normally an accountant doesn't do things like this they are the tightest beasts when it comes to spending money.
