    I already told you in my previous post, and so did AJM in their announcements. They even told you in the announcement that started this thread.

    He loaned money to AJM to get through the DOCA process. He had the option to either

    1. Get repaid the loan, or
    2. Convert the loan to shares

    He chose option 2).

    Seriously, read the announcements.
