As an old man it is hard to wrap my brains around this Announcement. It plays out as let's get sophisticated HC investors (or wherever we can find them) and make the Directors rich.

AJM has issued 400,000,000 fully paid shares to Allan. Buckler (352,110,392), James Brown ( 27,365,490), B T Kuen (6,841,373), and Dan O'Neill (13,682,745) in renumeration for loans totalling $2,920,000.

Divide $2,920,000 by 400,000,000 gives a value of $0.0073 for each share. However, conversion is "60 percent of lowest issue price on 04/03/22."

Does this mean if FOMO strikes out and shares trade at 2 cents these guys get $8,000,000 for a combined loan of $2.92M loan? Talk about incentive for a loan from 11/11/21 to 04/03/22 or 2.74 bagger?

AB alone is sitting on a total of close to 3/4 Billion shares and if he sells at $0.045 (my buy in cost) he makes $33,750,000 so let's make him richer. Why not, as I will at least break even?
