    Taking Allan Buckler as an example...
    His loan amount is $2,570,000
    Divide his loan amount by .003 (assuming my calculation above is correct) to calculate the number of shares = 856,666,666 shares
    Since he is only receiving 352,110,392 shares in this latest announcement, the value of his new shares @ .003 (352,110,392 x .003) = $1,056,331
    $2,570,000 minus $1,056,331 = $1,513,669
