What comforts me a lot is also the fact Alcidion's senior leadership has deep and extensive expertise in developing, selling and implementing PAS solution (see the acquisition presentation page 32). THEY know better in that industry and the value of the acquisition than me.

there is definitely some short term pain around the share prices. As it happened 2 years ago when the share price hovered around mid twenty, they raised the capital at around $0.18. There was some unhappiness then. But we rode through that.

I will take conditions of this acquisition as suboptimal, though not optimal. There are some time in our lives we will have to make some trade off between on and off. I will give my unconserved support to this management team to execute their growth strategy.
