Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice, page-38

I thought I'd raise this thread as a cautionary reminder about the unjustified bullishness that sometimes abounds when directors buy stocks. Have a read back at some of the posts above, and then consider:

• Since Rod bought shares at $5.01 in March 2021 (if he still holds) he would be down -70% on a $500K investment
• Since Jonathan bought shares at $2.21 in December 2021, he is down -32% on a $77K investment

Once again, it just goes to show that even fully-informed insiders can't pick the bottom. I'm sure Jonathan is looking at a much longer timeframe than just six months, but the timing of his purchase is even more surprising given he probably had a view by then of how negative the 1H interim report was going to be.
