Yet another interesting development with respect to the recent board changes at NTU.

According to the 61financial website, Yuzhen (Ma) is currently the 4th largest shareholder in NTU with 225m shares. In giving Nick Curtis a call option (exp.30/11/2023) over 92.3m of his shares @ 10c, Yuzhen Ma has basically set N.C. a bonus if NTU's s/p exceeds 10cps by 30/11/23, and if that comes to pass he stands to receive a payout of $9.23m while continuing to hold 132.7m NTU shares valued at at least $13.27m.

Huiyun (Chen) is currently the 10th largest NTU holder with 107.7m shares, so his entire holding is now optioned to N.C. at a cost/payout of $10.77m on 30/11/2023.

If Nick Curtis does exercise these 200m options he would be in the top 10 holders in NTU with a value of over $20m.

All in all an excellent result for long suffering NTU shareholders, our New Chair (N.C.!) now has plenty of incentive to get the s/p up and over 10c by year end 2023, and all current shareholders (including the optioners) will have doubled their money if that occurs. All this at zero dilution and zero cost to current shareholders - everyone's a winner baby- Brilliant!

Our new Director, Adam Handley, is a lawyer, China lead partner at MinterEllison and current V.P. of the Australia China Business Council. I don't believe A.H. is a director of any other ASX listed company, so it looks like N.C. has bought him onboard for his heavy duty Chinese contacts and legal expertise.

Again another excellent appointment, these two are corporate wheeler dealers so we can expect to see some bigtime wheeling & dealing at NTU before 2024

Some posters here have recently criticised a perceived lack of mining expertise on the board and criticised the current CEO for being the former CFO, I think it would come as a surprise to N.C. that after founding Lynas he would not be considered a suitable Chair for a small cap rare earths miner... Or that Mark Tory after 8+ years of C level roles at NTU would not have picked up sufficient knowledge of RE mining, processing and markets to be a suitable CEO?

All the Lynas fanboys out there might want to consider Amanda Lacaze's background as a telco marketing executive before being tapped on the shoulder by N.C. to join the Lynas board and eventually take over as CEO. Any criticism of A.L's perceived lack of mining experience guys?
