I know most of us are upset to see our money and hopes deminished.
But simply, when $20 mil is secured which is equal to the present Market Cap of the company, and they still have 500000 ounces in the ground and potential equal amount from exploration. wouldn't Matsa be in a better place than now and start to advance...
That said, one always have to consider. the devil in the details and the evil in some human behaviour.
personally, I doubt our guys would do anything naughty because they have alot of skin in the business, and know they'll be hounded for the rest of their lives
