A truly naive suggestion. Do you think these same insto's wont read the announcement and act on it until tomorrow or do you think they will sleep on their decision and start selling tomorrow even though they have already formulated that plan. I hope you see the folly in these suggestions and therefore in your argument. Institutions would keep up to date with announcements and act on them immediately and given today was another up day, I think the votes are in. BTW how did your last short on PLS work out for you? If I remember correctly you would have shorted at around $2.40.
