I took that to mean that the relationship of whole car to the actual Lithium content was of little consequence to him.
When did a euphemism turn into real salt? It is funny how a nosebleed can be described as a haemorrhage when the teller of the story wants to create a state of obfuscation and confusion. It is also dishonest.
