Do you feel the return of capital was to push back against activist investors. Not sure how giving back the capital does that though? whats the pyschology? Never seen amything like it, a micro cap barely scratching a profit giving cash back because it doesnt need it. Thats crazy, there has to be a real good reason to do it. I think it's 2-fold. One reason is to garner shareholder support and the second one is to make it less of a target. I think a big reason it's attractive to some is the cash. If that goes, it may be less attractive to some activist investors. Re %, I'm uncertain.
