    Hi read some previous posts for all the history.
    There are basic reasons why IMO no one wants to be a minority shareholder in a small 1 product company with listed overheads controlled by who it is controlled by.

    Do your reasearch and look at other companies with the smae major holders and hoew they have performed and if minor holders ever got returns?
    Thsi is not as simple as looking at a balance sheet or cash flow statement as there are other factors. Cash on accounts can go many directions and never end up in sharholders pockets IMO.

    Thta doesn't mean it is or isn't a good investment depending on your term and risk appetite but you have to consider why other parties who are not blind to YOW cash position are not interested. As you woudl understand liquidity is worth everything when things turn to crap and consider who the other party might be on the other side of the transaction might be .
