the fact that directors are buying further shares in YOW states the obvious.
any director of a company would not buy shares if they felt the company was doing poorly.
clearly any director would be fully aware of the trading conditions, the expected sales, profit expectations, and market conditions etc etc.
One would presume that any director would only trade when they are in the allowed trading "windows".

So, one could reasonably assume that YOW operations are trading well.
The media coverage in US states that chocolate sales are at record levels during Covid, and YOW has stated that they expect the strong sales momentum to continue into the following quarters.

Also they have stated that YOW has been EBITDA positive for six consecutive quarters - so that should continue.
They also state that there has been supply issues due to Covid, but that is just a sign of the times.

Directors would be buying because YOW SP is still trading at below cash backing, the SP still places zero value on the business, a business that is generating hard cash flow on consecutive quarters, EBITDA positive, ---- and now has new experienced management who will clearly plan to expand the product range of YOW, and take advantage of the brand value. These guys have demonstrated marketing experience, and demonstrated on-the-ground operational experience in the consumenr gooods business.

The dampener of course is the presence of a couple of shareholders, but experience has shown that the bulk of other shareholders counter-balance this factor.

In any event, the better YOW performs, the SP will follow, and the effect of this large shareholding will diminish. Everyone will be subject to the various Corps Law - so we can watch as YOW grows its business.
