yeah i have spent today reading through the last couple years of history. Sheesh it's messy.

I guess the concern is why are Keybridge building such a large stake. surely another take over attempt coming.

The management of this looks a shambles but it is just so tempting because you are buying the company at its cash level and this stage its cash flow positive so that cash level doesnt appear in dangwr unless they start spending it furiously but surely they know now if they do that this thing is a goner.
