    Don't know too many people who would put $25K of their super, regardless of wealth into an investment they thought would not make them money.

    Either he sees it as undervalued now and it will make some decent returns. But more likely than anything is this plus he sees a future for the product.

    But sure, investing your money into a stock shows no faith in something, makes sense.
