It's not a critique. It's simply not in my view an expression of confidence. It's a good buy in my opinion at that price but also shows a bit of caution and it's clearly not an optimistic buy order.
LVT has had some issues with price for a while, directors and CEOs alike are not addressing shareholders adequately, which showcases either arrogance or ingorance. Neither is better in my view so like I have said, It almost seems too good to be true, low stock price, high revenue. What are we missing? Cogent leadership, and it's things like this that contribute to the wariness that accompanies every single buy order. We should be in high 40's, so why aren't we?
