    I am sure PC wont be thinking of capital gains implications for this parcel. He has plenty of other parcels to sell with the CG discount already if he wishes to sell any parcels, which I doubt he is thinking that way right now. So why convert the options 11 months early???? I am not subscribing to the reason "he had $300k laying around" either lol
