I was pretty disappointed when Roly gifted himself 2 million performance bonus shares, when long term holders were feeling the pain from the share price capitulation. But full credit to him to step up and put more of his hard earned on the line. This squares the ledger from my perspective. Despite my huge position in this company, I did multiple top ups at 30 cents +/- 5% because of the faith I have in Roly as an MD.
This is a huge vote of confidence for me, and clearly Roly is super confident in the future direction of this Company. I will be sleeping a little easier tonight.
