why wouldn’t be buy 27c a share in assets at 17.5 on TV e equivalent of a 10-12 % yield and amazing FCF and in the middle of a medium term strong revenue cycle. Stocks like this can trade at 1.5 x - 2 NTA
it’s still very cheap as the huge cash flow relative to market cap will end up on higher NTA , higher dividends or acquisitions all of which will be great for SP
expect a 2 c divi this year and medium term .
