I'm also curious why the Blackwall price is rising.
I own both WOT and BWF in equal amounts, because I don't know enough about how the business is split up. It does make me a bit skeptical to have this dual structure in place. What is the purpose? Is it in the interest of all shareholders or just the controlling shareholders?
BWF has $22 million in property assets listed on it's balance sheet. WOT has $332 million. Does anyone know how the property's are owned, and what commercial arrangement is in place between the 2 entities?
