IMO SWM is currently in the process of building the business. They are currently using M&A to grow the business. To do M & A needs money to be soent. It's true Lots of companeys SP increases when div is announced. After the div date SP drops.
We need to build the company to the level of our opposition to survive.
I looked at SP of Nec and Swm for the past 12 months.Good luck
Nec give dividends their SP max was 3.10 and minimum 2.40
SWM no dividends but adopts M&A its SP varied from 0.37 and 0.8
The effect of acquiring PRT is not felt yet
