454,550 HLF shares acquired today at an average price of 8.7c on-market by Non-Executive Chairman Peter James, for a total consideration of c. $40k AUD. Peter James will also be taking up his full SPP allocation (another $30k AUD) (as will all of the Directors). We always hypothesised that the Directors would start buying once the VC & JG overhang was removed... and this is exactly what has happened. Smart buying here. Highly likely they've bought at (or very close to) the bottom. Kudos.
