You are 100% Correct , I supported the Company since 2 year , many here know how much i back it all the time , but know dont understand anything , Why they didnt wait for 2 quarters with Positive cash flow or a proper end of year report to let the market re-rate this company then go with this type of deal at ATL prices ? why they didnt first reach the point that we can close the debit facility and push the prices up as per the fancy announcement and then do the CR with way lower shares to be issued ? no one can tell ! and every is blaming VC for the price action , NO it's not correct , the Price action is because simply the massive shares that they will issue for buying an online Blog and CR at ATL .
invested so much time and money here , it's my fault .
